Festival Information
Information
The Beavergrass Bluegrass Festival experience will be more pleasant for everyone involved when we all adhere to the following...
Parking and Entry
• There is no adjacent parking lot. But there is parking available on the streets around the park with some limitations marked by the City. So watch for parking limit signs. You may need to walk for a few blocks to find parking.
• When you arrive at the park you will find two entrance gates. One is on the northwest corner of the park at 8th and Monroe. The other is on the south side of the park near the Corvallis Arts Center.
• You may pay for your tickets at the gate. If you ordered tickets online through Brown Paper Tickets then we hope that you took our recommendation and asked for Will Call. Bring your ID to the gate and we will check your name off the ticket list and give you a wristband. If you ordered paper tickets they should have arrived in the mail. If they didn't then bring your ID to the gate anyway and we will find you on the list and give you a wristband.
• If you lose your wristband ask about a new one at the gate.
Seating
• The Beavergrass mainstage is an outdoor Festival with no seating provided. Space will be limited since we will be in an area of one square city block in a beautiful tree-lined city park. Please use only low back chairs on the Festival grounds. If we can roll a basketball under it we will ask you nicely to move to the back of the crowd so that others can see.
• Blankets are welcome for seating and enjoying your picnic from home, but please be aware that seating area may be limited and be respectful of others. "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you," is our preferred approach to life and to the Festival.
Animals
• No animals are allowed within the Festival grounds other than authorized Service Animals.
Food and Beverages
•Alcohol, Glass and Video Cameras are not allowed on the Festival grounds. You are welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks in appropriate containers. We serve beer and wine at the Festival (don’t forget your ID) and we have vendors with reasonably priced yummy food, cool crafts, clothes and other stuff.
General
• Several of our performers require a no smoking policy. Smoking is allowed outside of the fenced Festival grounds.
• Since the outdoor Festival space is limited we are sorry that there can be no frisbee playing in the Festival.
• Children 11 and under are free for the Festival, but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
